Overview

Nearly 20 years of total experience in climbing, 10 years in competitive climbing, and an ISSA Personal Trainer Certificate are bringing you safe and effective training to progress in your climbing journey. Group classes are based on climbers' general skills and strengths within the grade range to progress best while individual coaching is more about your specific climbing needs and goals.

How it works

Workshops

Workshops are specialized around a specific aspect of climbing.  They are informative and instructional, so you learn both the reasoning behind doing something as well as how to properly perform what you are learning.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is hand-picked for your strengths and weaknesses on the wall, helping you learn to climb and train more effectively to reach your goals. 

With individual coaching, we can cover more in a shorter time and will have more of the exercises and drills specified to what your training needs are.  

Individual training can be the most beneficial training tool with the focus being on your specific climbing needs

How We Make Our Personalized Training Plans:

  • We begin by learning about our client; Climbing experience, goals, and possible training schedule​​

  • We then create a plan for their exercises

  • Present the training plan to the client and answer any related questions regarding the schedule and how each part of the training cycle should go

  • Educate the climber on why they do these exercises and what progress should look like

  • Monitor progress and adjust the plan as needed
